When you open the chatbot, you confirm that you have read this information. A record of your consent is stored in your browser's session storage (automatically cleared when you close the tab). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If you voluntarily provide your email address during a chat session, the following data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (AWS Europe Central 1, Frankfurt, Germany): your name (if provided), email address, a summary of your inquiry, and the chat transcript. This data is used to follow up on your inquiry. A notification is sent to the site owner via Resend (Resend Inc., USA).
Chatbot data is retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.
This website uses only locally hosted fonts. No fonts are loaded from Google Fonts or any other external service.
