When you fill out the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to and stored by Vercel (Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
The Frieda chatbot is powered by the OpenAI API. Every message you send through the chatbot is transmitted to OpenAI (OpenAI LLC, USA) to generate a response. OpenAI acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
When you open the chatbot, you confirm that you have read this information. A record of your consent is stored, including a hashed (non-reversible) representation of your IP address and your browser type, for GDPR compliance purposes.
If you voluntarily provide your email address during a chat session, the following data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (AWS Europe Central 1, Frankfurt, Germany): your name (if provided), email address, a summary of your inquiry, and the chat transcript of that session. This data is used to follow up on your inquiry. A notification email is sent to the site owner via Resend (Resend Inc., USA).
Data stored in the chatbot database is retained for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted.
This website is hosted via Vercel. Vercel automatically collects server log data (IP address, browser type, referrer, date and time of access) when the site is visited. This data is not linked to personal data. More information at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
This website uses only locally hosted fonts. No fonts are loaded from Google Fonts or any other external service.
This website does not use tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are used. The chatbot uses session storage (cleared when you close the browser tab) to remember your conversation within a single session.
