The Process

Reach out your way

Book a call. Or reach out first via the form or Frieda.

We get on a call

A focused 30-minute conversation. I find out what you actually need and whether I'm the right person for it. I'll follow up with a written proposal.

I get to work

Once you're happy with the proposal, I take it from there. The back-end? Handled.

About

I used to work in a prison.

Anna before Soul Waves Before all of this.

Before that: a kindergarten, a bakery, a horror escape theatre. None of those are on a typical freelancer's CV. But they gave me things that actually matter in this work: staying calm when things break, reading a situation fast, building structure where there isn't any, and seeing the human behind the process.

Before I left, I started messing around with HTML and CSS. I was not good at it. I still think code is mostly magic. I never got my Hogwarts letter, so this is as close as I get. I became a VA, chose to go into the tech direction, did some more coaching, and ended up building again.

I'm not a "traditional developer." I'm a builder who uses modern tools to solve the technical problems that keep you up at night. I'm honest about the process, I'm learning every day, and I don't stop until it's right.

FAQ

Yes, absolutely. Most people don't. Just send me the link and tell me what's not working. I'll take a look and come back with a clear picture of what's going on - and whether I'm the right person to fix it.

No account managers, no six-week timelines, and no quote that doubles once the brief expands. You deal with me directly. I tell you what something costs before I start, and if I can't help, I'll say so early - not halfway through.

Yes to all of those. I also work in Podia, Thinkific, and most platforms coaches typically run on. If you're not sure whether your setup is something I can handle, just ask.

Each month starts with your allocated hours - 8 for Light, 15 for Core. You tell me what needs doing, and I track time as we go. I will flag you before we hit the limit on any task. Unused hours do not roll over, but we usually scope the month at the start so that does not happen.

That's what the discovery call is for - we can scope it in advance and agree on how to handle a busier month.
